Check in #3

Hello!

For this check in (1/20) of our 20 Times Project, “SuccessfuLEigh Stress Free”, Ben and I have researched ways to relieve stress that have been proven clinically. We wanted to get people’s opinions on what they do to relieve stress, but now we want to see what scientists think. This will help us create videos that are both fun and informative and create ideas that help students actually relieve stress.

Here is what WebMD has come up with:

  2. Breath deeply
  3. Be present
  4. Reach out
  5. Tune in to your body
  6. Decompress
  7. Laugh out loud
  8. Crank up the tunes
  9. Get moving
  10. Be grateful

These ideas are proven to help relieve stress and can be combined with our other ideas to really create quality content for our viewers, including yourself! This past week has been kind of slow but progressive as well. The next check in, we will have a video up and more ideas and videos rolling out after that! Overall the project is going well and we are right on schedule!
